Who We Are
Zero Covid Canada is a national group of researchers, physicians, engineers, activists, lawyers, educators, and concerned citizens who are calling on Canada’s leaders to adopt a Zero Covid strategy. We are alarmed that Canada is facing a third, much more dangerous wave of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Stéphane Bilodeau
Dr Stephane Bilodeau is an entrepreneur and has founded 2 Cleantech companies (Novacab.us and Enerstat), holds a Master in Applied Sciences and a PhD in Energy & Advanced Thermodynamics. He has been lecturer and Associate professor at the University of Sherbrooke for 17 years. He’s an expert contributor for TowardsDataScience and EnergyCentral.
He is an active member and fellow of Engineers Associations in Canada, including being Vice-president of the Public Affairs Advisory Committee for EngineersCanada.ca and co-founder of a Charity foundation for which he is the Chairman of the Awards Committee (FOIQ.qc.ca).
He is involved with Endcoronavirus.org as a Team Leader of the High-Risk-Institutions Outreach and the Outreach-Canada groups.
Dr. Malgorzata Gasperowicz
Dr. Malgorzata (Gosia) Gasperowicz is a developmental biologist and a researcher at the University of Calgary, a co-founder of Zero Covid Canada group and a member of EndCoronavirus.org. She earned her Masters at the Intercollegiate Faculty of Biotechnology in Gdansk, Poland, and a PhD in biology at Albert Ludvig University of Freiburg, Germany. She currently lives in Calgary, Alberta.
Karl Parkinson
Karl Parkinson is a Software Engineer in Alberta, Canada. He holds a Bachelors of Science from the University of Alberta. He is a member of Zero Covid Canada and EndCoronavirus.org. He is far from an expert on pandemics by any means, but passionately believes that the way Canada has managed COVID-19 has been catastrophic and needs to change.
